At Coralverde, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We bundle orders and ship them once a certain volume is reached to minimize unnecessary emissions.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, provided it is in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to approve or refuse any order, even after confirmation.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.

Standard shipping is currently free.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
It can take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Exchanges are not possible.
If you want a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
