Who we are CoralVerde ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website https://coralverde.co.uk/ (the "Site"). Our goal is to provide a clear, reliable and transparent shipping process so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping fees Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping area We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We expect to expand our delivery zones in the future and will update this policy when that happens.

Order processing times Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00, Central European Time) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after 22:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore between 8 and 12 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. These time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping process We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include photos of the packaging and the product, so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution. If you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier. We may need to open a trace or claim before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
